Theatre Pillars

“Life is a theatre”

Description

We were lucky enough to recently uncover these classy and highly decorative, hand-crafted pine and wrought iron pillars obtained from a London theatre that has recently closed. We have been informed these items sat to the sides of the main dress circle and their wrought iron hooks had velvet drapes hung from them to decorate the walls of the theatre. Made from sectioned pine these items are in original condition with all their hooks still firmly in place, each pillar has carved roman numerals in place to fit the correct section of the theatre. We currently have 6 pillars in stock and are presenting these of sale as pairs. The pillars comfortably stand-alone however originally would have been placed upon a large wall banister to create some visual depth. A pair of these would add a touch of theatrical class to any hallway or door entrance.
